This super simple yet tasty side dish is one of our favorites. The combination of orange and the sweetness of white miso is a perfect match.
【Vegan, Vegetarian 】
Sweet potatoes 2
White miso 2 tablespoons
Orange juice 1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400. Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise in to wedges.
In a small bowl, mix white miso and orange juice until they are well blended.
Apply thin layer of orange and miso mix to wedged potatoes and place them on to a baking sheet.
Bake it for 20-25 mins until potato wedges are soft.
Sprinkle sesame seeds if you wish.
